Fees
Our fees, in plain numbers.
One simple schedule for buyers and sellers alike. Nothing is paid upfront: our fee is due only when your purchase or sale actually happens.
| Sale price | Our fee, per party |
|---|---|
| Up to €50,000 | €1,500 fixed |
| €50,001 to €100,000 | €3,000 fixed |
| €100,001 to €1,000,000 | 3% of the price |
| Over €1,000,000 | 2.5% of the price, minimum €30,000 |
All fees are plus IVA (Italian VAT, currently 22%).
When the fee is due
- Only on success. Nothing is paid upfront, and nothing is owed if the sale does not happen.
- It is due when the binding preliminary contract (compromesso) is signed, or at the final deed (rogito) if there is no preliminary contract.
- The buyer and the seller each pay their own fee, as is usual in Italy.
Contracts are signed through our registered Italian partner agency, so every sale is handled by a licensed estate agency under Italian law.
